SOLD!

Yay, we sold our house and we have actually found one we put a contract on today. I am so excited! I am just glad we are getting out of this one and moving into a larger home with some more room. The house we found has a full finished walk out basement with a screened porch and a deck overlooking the huge fenced back yard. It has hardwood floors like I wanted and it is just so perfect for us. It is not brand new but is 13 years old in a great neighborhood in Louisville. It has only had one other owner and they have left the house in great condition. So now is the fun part of packing and getting everything together. We told Emma were going to move to the house she visited a day ago and she said I need to get my pillow and blanket. I just laughed and told her we would be taking a lot more than her pillow and blanket. Her response was oh ok. She is so funny, I just love her to death. I have been having more headaches here lately and they are driving me crazy. I am finally over the sinus infection thank goodness and we have been busy busy. Well hope every one is having a good week!
