Happy Monday

Hope everyone had a good weekend. Friday night Chris and i went to a restaurant we had never been to before in Townsand. It was called Miss Lily's Cafe and it was wonderful. It was small and the menu was limited but the food was so good. We will definately be back. Saturday took the girls over to see their mamaw for a while where we blew bubbles and Emma requested having spagetti and pickles for dinner on Sunday. Sunday was an extremely lazy day and did nothing but go to dinner at moms where we of course had spagetti and pickles along with a few other things. Emma can be so funny at times, well all the time. She so gets that from her dad, I wish she got that from me but I have never been that funny at least not on purpose. She sure does have my stubborn streak along with her sister also. It has to be the red hair. Today Jan and Troy came and got Emma for the day and took her to the fire dept where she got to sit in the fire truck and got to see where the firemen sleep and they even gave her a small plastic fire hat to wear. She had a complete ball and loved sitting in the front seat of the fire truck. They then took her to the library. She adores the library. That child loves books and cannot get enough of them. After the library they took her to their house where they played and had a great time. Chloe and I chilled out at the house and played together. Chloe is the sweetest thing and so happy most of the time. We both got a nap in and waited for her sissy to get home. every so often you hear Chloe going where sissy? It is so cute how she says it. I have been feeling ok except for just being so tired at times. Well that has been our weekend and Monday. Not very exciting but was nice just being lazy.

It's official... It's a Girl!!

So went to my ultrasound today and found out we are having another girl. I am delighted and Chris says he is very happy also. Poor thing, he will have to put up with probably four red headed women. I will be very surprised if this one does not have red hair. We are still trying to decide on a name, having some trouble with that but it will come. I took some cute pics of the girls wearing their new sunglasses. Chloe was absolutely hysterical in them and did not want to take them off.

Yes, I am here

Gosh it has been a while since my last blog. Well I do have photos I just have not uploaded them yet. I know I am horrible, but I have been trying to take care of a sick child once again and fighting fatigue. Emma once again has an ear infection. This is the third one in the last three months. The doc said could be allergies causing it all so gave her some allergy meds and an antibiotic. She said they usually will not do anything till the child has six or more infections in a year then they persue other remedies. I just hate she keeps getting them and I hope the allergy meds will help. I have been meaning to go get my tire on the van repaired due to it leaking air and have to put air in it every few days but something always comes up and it is hard to take both girls with me. You know once this baby comes i will never be able to leave the house unless my wonderful sweet husband would stay with them but that would only be on the weekends. Oh well one day is better than none i guess. when June comes Chloe will start pre school so i will have both older children in school a couple days a week and i will get some free time with the baby. Which we are having an ultrasound on the 17th and will find out if boy or girl. Chris is convinced is a boy and refers to the baby as his son. i keep telling him will hurt the kids feeling if actually a girl. He may be right, it may be a boy. A boy would be nice but a girl is fine too I love my girls and would love another one. either way i will be happy. I did find out I will have to have another glucose test at 25 weeks and I am not looking foward to that. I am really trying to watch what i eat but man it is hard and I hate not being able to eat what ever I want. i got Emma and Chloe some jelly beans for Easter and it is taking everything I have not to eat them all up. Went to the stor tonight and stocked up on healthy stuff that I have to eat or i will end up with Gestational diabetes again which i may anyway. Well hope everyone had a good holiday and will promise to write more often.
